Welcome to MogoPlay ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://mogoplay.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
MogoPlay provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided via the IBO Player application on a single authorized device per subscription.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in Canada, to create an account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

- All prices are in CAD.
- Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
- MogoPlay does not store payment card details.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final once an account has been activated. Due to the immediate digital nature of the Service, no refunds are issued after activation. Exceptions: (a) verified service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours (pro-rata credit), or (b) confirmed duplicate charge (full refund). Requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must NOT: share, resell, or redistribute your credentials; re-stream content; circumvent access controls; use automated tools; or violate applicable law in Canada.
6. Device Limitation
Each subscription allows access on one (1) device at a time via the IBO Player application. MogoPlay does not provide support for third-party applications.
7. Service Availability
MogoPlay strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
8. Intellectual Property
All content is the property of respective content owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal viewing only.
9. Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations without notice or refund. You may cancel by contacting [email protected].
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOGOPLAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Canadian courts.
14. Changes
