IBO Player Setup Guide

Complete step-by-step instructions to get MogoPlay running on any device in under 5 minutes.

What is IBO Player?

IBO Player is a cross-platform IPTV media player available on virtually every device and operating system. Its clean interface, smooth playback, and support for M3U playlists, Xtream Codes, and EPG guides make it the preferred choice for MogoPlay subscribers. The app is available on Android phones and tablets, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Windows, macOS, Samsung Smart TVs, LG Smart TVs, and Apple devices.

Installation by Device

Android Phones & Tablets

Open the Google Play Store, search for "IBO Player", and tap Install. Once installed, open the app and note the Device ID displayed on the home screen. Send this ID to MogoPlay support for activation.

Amazon Fire TV Stick

On your Firestick, go to the Search icon and type "IBO Player". Select the app from results and click Download. After installation, open IBO Player and note your Device ID. Contact MogoPlay support with this ID for remote playlist activation.

Windows PC

Visit the Microsoft Store and search for "IBO Player". Click Install. Launch the application, note your Device ID, and send it to our support team. Your playlist will be activated remotely within minutes.

macOS

Open the Mac App Store and search for "IBO Player". Download and install the app. Launch it, copy the Device ID from the main screen, and provide it to MogoPlay support for activation.

Samsung & LG Smart TVs

On your Smart TV, open the built-in app store (Samsung: Smart Hub / LG: LG Content Store). Search for "IBO Player" and install it. Open the app, note the Device ID and MAC address, then send them to MogoPlay support for activation.

iPhone & iPad

Open the App Store, search for "IBO Player", and tap Get. After installation, open the app and note your Device ID. Provide this to MogoPlay support for remote activation.

Adding Your Playlist

Remote Playlist Activation

MogoPlay uses IBO Player's remote activation feature. Simply send your Device ID and MAC address to our support team via WhatsApp (+1 939-800-3993) or email. We will activate your playlist remotely, and your channels will appear automatically in the app. No M3U URLs or portal addresses to enter manually.

Manual Playlist (Alternative)

If you prefer manual setup: Open IBO Player, navigate to Settings, then Add Playlist. Choose "M3U/Streaming Line" or "XC Playlist" and enter the credentials provided by MogoPlay support. Tap Save, and your channels will load.

Tips for Best Performance

  • Use a wired Ethernet connection when possible for the most stable experience.
  • Minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K content.
  • Clear IBO Player cache periodically via Settings for optimal performance.
  • Use the EPG guide to browse upcoming programs and schedule your viewing.
