Refund Policy

At MogoPlay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your IPTV subscription. This policy explains refund eligibility, the request process, and applicable exceptions.

1. General Policy

All subscription purchases are final once an account has been activated. Because our Service provides immediate access to digital streaming content upon payment, refunds are not available after activation. This is consistent with standard digital subscription practices and compliant with Canadian consumer protection laws.

We strongly encourage taking advantage of our Try 1 Month before purchasing.

2. Eligible Exceptions

2.1 Extended Service Outage

If MogoPlay experiences a verified outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, a pro-rata credit may be issued. The outage must be on our infrastructure (not your ISP or device). Requests within 14 days of resolution.

2.2 Duplicate Charge

Confirmed duplicate charges receive a full refund within 5-10 business days. Proof of duplicate charges may be required.

3. Non-Eligible Situations

  • Changed your mind after purchasing
  • Purchased the wrong plan
  • Issues with your internet, router, or device
  • Hardware/software compatibility issues
  • Account terminated for Terms violation
  • Forgot about your subscription
  • Content library changes

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] with subject: "Refund Request -- [Your Email]"
  2. Include: full name, account email, purchase date, issue description, payment reference
  3. Submit within 7 days of the qualifying event
  4. Our team reviews and responds within 3 business days

5. Try 1 Month

MogoPlay offers a Try 1 Month to evaluate the Service before purchasing. Request one on our homepage or email us.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. MogoPlay is not responsible for bank processing delays.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
